Hard to understand

This dishwasher is wonderful. The insructions tell you not to prerinse you dishes So dont because it has a soil sensor and that allows for a very clean wash. I place some stained and lime scaled vases and set the dishwasher to normal cycle and the vases came out clean like new.

My wife and had another brand we bought a year ago. It was supposed to be a 48dba dishwasher that was quiet. It was not We tried to get it fixed and the company refused to do anything about it. We bought this LG dishwasher because it had good ratings and was reported to be quiet. It is very quiet. We love the way it cleans. We tested it and put in really hard to clean dishes and the Quad wash did a fantastic job. We will be looking for a washer and dryer soon and plan on buying LG products.

Doesnt dry well at all.

I bought thus last fall and its ok it doesnt dry Dried all ideas in manual and on line always have to dry glasses and coffee cups. I guess to get the energy star rating they left out the electric drying ring. Everything I read said it dried fine Not Its not that quit and it cleans ok if you use cascade platinum. My 12 yr old dishwasher did everything better you would think a new dishwasher would be better. Very disappointing.

Interesting machine but not what we expected

The machine functions pretty well with the exception of drying after a cycle..we are very displeased in that regard. It also stays wet inside and gets a stale odor. Its essential we leave the door open for it to air/dry out. Weve only had the washer approximately a month.

New Dishwasher that didnt work

This dishwasher was bought at lowes two days later we found out that it did not work. We tried to return it and was told that we had to contact the manufacture. Supposedly this dishwasher is new equipment but it is defective. I was told by customer service that it needed a technician to come and check it. It was also suggest that I did not know how to operate the equipment which I thought was very disrespectful. Technician came and said that the dishwasher needed parts in order for it to work. I think if it was a new dishwasher it shouldnt need parts. Therefore it should be replaced not fixed. I paid full price at Lowes. I would like a response to this review.

I like my dishwasher cleans good quite but its already needed sizable repairs. Ive owned my dishwasher about 1 1/2 years. I like the dishwasher but Ive had several issues needing repair service. First the control board went back after only a few months amd just after the manufacturers warranty expired the pump went bad. Fortunately we purchased the extended warranty.

This dishwasher is working well. I like the third top tray and the height adjustable middle tray too. Its easy to operate and quiet its doing its job. There are various settings which you can use/set but I find that I use just two and that is Rinse and Auto.

I had my dishwasher installed about a month ago. I love how quiet it is. I love the delay start timer. Its very roomy. It has a extra drawer up top to put utensils. Gets my dishes clean. My only complaint is that the dishes arent dry enough on the cup rack. I Mahe sure to empty the bottom first to make sure the water that is left on the bottoms of my cups dont get the other dishes wet. Thats a minor problem though.

This dishwasher was delivered on 3/1 we used it twice and on 3/10/23 we went to use it and it had no power and wouldnt come on. Called LG and they set us up with their service people AE. Theyve canceled their appointment with us 3 times so far. Upon research this is a common problem with this dishwasher. Pretty expensive dishwasher to last 10 days. LG customer service is horrible as well as the repair company AE. Hopefully one day they will actually keep their repair appointment. Furthermore the 2 times we did use it it did a horrible job drying the dishes. I gave a 1 star because 0 wasnt an option.

I bought this a month ago. It worked for 3 weeks and then began to make a terrible noise. It then went into an error code. I would watch the videos on LGs website how to clear the trouble code and then a different code would happen. I then contacted LG and it took forever to send out a repair person. When he showed up he told me the part I need is on back order and he has no idea when it will come in. So I have now had a broken dishwasher for 2 weeks. The store I bought it from is going to replace it this week. I would never buy LG again. I have had a terrible experience all the way around.
