Worst dishwasher I have ever purchased. The bottom racks dish prongs are so loose they fall over and every time you open or close the door all of the dishes fall over and chip and break. I have called 5 times 3 of which I was told I would be getting a new bottom tray. Nothing ever happens. I bought the entire suite of appliances and love all of the others but this one is horrible.

The circuit board went out and the buttons on top dont work now. We called to get it fixed and they couldnt find a technician in our area so then they said they would refund us. It has been about 2 months and more than a dozen calls in and we still dont have a solution/refund.

Great potential not built to last

I bought this in July 2020 and it started out great. It cleaned dishes better than any dishwasher I had experienced. Two years in and you can tell its already on its downfall. Both bottom and upper racks are rusting dishes dont come out as clean rubber gaskets are falling apart.

I am on my second kitchen full of LG appliances. Honestly Ive had a lot of trouble with the appliances breaking down. In todays world I fear thats just kind of what you get. LG has done an amazing job of standing behind their products and getting things taken care of.
